Dovland, Chair of the Workshop on issues relating to the scale of emission reductions to be achieved by Annex I Parties (FCCC/KP/AWG/2009/CRP.1), which was held in Bonn, Germany, on 27 Match 2009.

In addition, leading international experts shared the results of recent studies on these matters and the European Community, Japan, China, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Belarus, Iceland and the Alliance of Small Island States made presentations.
