UNFCCC Secretariat Publishes Submissions on Adaptation Options

UNFCCC17 November 2009: The UNFCCC Secretariat has received four submissions, two from parties and two from non-governmental organizations, regarding information on efforts undertaken to assess the costs and benefits of adaptation options, and views on lessons learned, good practices, gaps and needs.

The parties' submissions (FCCC/SBSTA/2009/MISC.9/Rev.1) are from the Russian Federation and Sweden, on behalf of the European Community, and will be made available by the 31st session of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA), to be held from 7-18 December 2009, in Copenhagen, Denmark.
