The report contains information on the activities and performance of the TEC for 2011, including its first meeting, held on 1-3 September in Bonn, Germany. The activities reported in the note include: the nomination of members and election of officers for the TEC; the elaboration of TEC modalities and procedures; and the initial discussion of the 2012-2013 rolling workplan of the TEC.
