Bioversity International Initiates Survey on Crops and Adaptation
9 January 2014: In order to draw attention to the role of traditional crops in climate change adaptation and to help identify future avenues of research, Bioversity International is launching a global survey on stress-tolerant crops that have the potential to improve livelihoods of farmers and communities.
Bioversity International encourages the participation of researchers, and practitioners working with farming communities in the crop survey. Bioversity International is a member of the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR). [Bioversity International Press Release] [Climate Change Crop Survey]
