Least Developed Countries Training Workshop on Implementing National Adaptation Programmes of Action (NAPAs)

This is the fourth of a series of five training workshops organized by the Least Developed Countries Group (LEG) in collaboration with the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and its agencies. The workshop is targeting Lusophone LDCs and one recently graduated Lusophone LDCs, comprising in total five parties to the UNFCCC. The workshop and materials will be entirely in Portuguese. The training aims to: provide technical support to Least Developed Country (LDC) teams in the design of an implementation strategy for the NAPAs, and to build capacity of these teams in the preparation and submission of project documents to the GEF under the LDF Fund (LDCF); and, where needed, to provide technical support to those LDC parties that are still preparing their NAPAs.
