UNFCCC Releases Parties' Submissions on Review of Reporting Guidelines [viewed]

UNFCCC2 October 2012: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released the submissions from Australia, the EU, the Environmental Integrity Group (EIG), Japan and New Zealand, which contain their views on the review of reporting guidelines (FCCC/SBSTA/2012/MISC.17). Several parties have called for streamlining and avoiding duplication.

Pacific Agricultural and Forestry Ministers Endorse Regional REDD+ Framework [viewed]

SPC1 October 2012: The Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) announced that the Third Regional Meeting of Ministers of Agriculture and Forestry, which convened on 28 September 2012, in Nadi, Fiji, endorsed the Pacific Islands Regional Policy Framework for Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation and forest conservation, sustainable management of forests, and enhancement of forest carbon stocks (REDD+).

UNISDR Releases Report on Integrating DRR and Climate Change in Pacific [viewed]
