UNFCCC Releases Workshop Report on Adaptation of Agriculture Sector [viewed]

UNITAR, Switzerland Renew Implementation of UN CC:Learn [viewed]

The agreement was signed by Sally Fegan-Wyles, Executive Director of UNITAR, which serves as UN CC:Learn's Secretariat, and the Swiss Government, which provides funding for the Partnership.

CARIAA Targeting Research on Climate Change Adaptation in Africa and Asia [viewed]

cariaa7 March 2014: The Collaborative Adaptation Research Initiative in Africa and Asia (CARIAA) has launched a research programme on climate change adaptation that is to be conducted by four consortia. The research will focus on three climate change “hotspots”—sensitive regions inhabited by large numbers of people: semi-arid regions; deltas; and glacier and snowpack-dependent river basins.

UNFCCC8 March 2014: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released the submissions of China, Norway, and a joint submission by Ecuador, El Salvador, Saudi Arabia and Mali, on behalf of the Like-Minded Developing Countries (LMDCs), to the Ad Hoc Working Group on the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action (ADP). The submissions will inform the fourth part of ADP's second session, which is taking place from 10-14 March 2014, in Bonn, Germany.

World Bank PMR Assembly Discusses Domestic Climate Action and Carbon Pricing Instruments [viewed]
