This invitation-only workshop will bring together policymakers and experts across OECD and partner countries, as well as a range of stakeholders from international organizations, business, and civil society to review the Synthesis Report for an OECD Green Growth Strategy. The Green Growth Strategy seeks to provide tools for a shift towards a more sustainable development path, while identifying economic opportunities and benefits of going in that direction. The Synthesis Report will be presented to the OECD Ministerial Council Meeting in May 2011. Among other issues the workshop will address economic instruments, indicators for green growth, food and agriculture, jobs and skills, innovation, and development.
