Event: UN General Assembly Thematic Debate on Disaster Risk Reduction [viewed]

The preparatory process of the UN Conference on Sustainable Development (UNCSD, or Rio+20) has identified "disaster risk reduction (DRR) and resilience" as one of the emerging issues in the context of sustainable development.
