Countries eligible to participate in this Expanded Constituency Workshop for Asia are: Cambodia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Sri Lanka and China.

Countries eligible for this ECW are: Comoros, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Rwanda, Seychelles, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda.
