WMO to Bring Youth Messages to World Climate Conference-3 [viewed]

The 2009 event focused on the theme “Our Oceans, Our Responsibility.” In a message to mark the Day, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon underscored the impacts of human activities on marine life, emphasizing that climate change causes sea temperature increases, sea-level rise and ocean acidification.
