UNDP SGP Highlights Climate Resilience Project in Mexico [viewed]
4 December 2010: On the occasion of the Cancun Climate Change Conference, the Global Environment Facility Small Grants Programme (GEF SGP), the Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery of the UN Development Programme (UNDP), and Mexico's National Commission of Protected Areas organized a site visit to a community-based project in the protected area of Yum Balam, which is helping a Mayan indigenous community increase its resilience to climate change.

6 December 2010: The UN Environment Programme (UNEP) OzonAction Branch's “Virtual Tour from Bangkok to Cancun,” which looks at solutions to climate change offered by the Montreal Protocol on Ozone Depleting Substances, has reached Cancun.
3 December 2010: The UNFCCC Secretariat has announced the winners of the 2010 Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) International Photo and Video Contests, which were launched with the theme “CDM Changing Lives.”
