it is on schedule to complete the live connection of its International
Transaction Log (ITL) with the EU Community Independent Transaction Log (CITL)
and 26 EU Emission Trading Scheme (ETS) registries.
16 October 2008: The European Environment Agency (EEA) released a report entitled “Greenhouse gas emission trends and projections in Europe 2008,” which details each of the 15 nations' historic emissions
(1990-2006) and provides an estimate of Europe's emissions situation during the
Kyoto Protocol commitment period (2008–2012).
