In letters addressed to IPCC focal points and to relevant organizations, dated 5 February 2008, IPCC Secretary Renate Christ, on behalf of IPCC Chair Rajendra Pachauri, provides details of the venue and focus of the session, which is scheduled for 9-10 April 2008, in Budapest, Hungary.
