Global Green Growth Summit 201120 June 2011: The UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN ESCAP) participated in the Global Green Growth Summit 2011, which convened from 20-21 June 2011 in Seoul, the Republic of Korea. At the Summit, ESCAP underlined that through green growth, Asia-Pacific countries can build their resilience to food and fuel price shocks, as well as to disasters.
