Universal Postal Union Reports on GHG Mitigation Efforts [viewed]

5 February 2012: The International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) has reported a 27% reduction of carbon dioxide emissions. During the 2009 UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, Denmark, UPU pledged to reduce its emissions by 20% by 2012.
