8 April 2013: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released the report of the centralized review of the 2012 annual submission of Croatia (FCCC/ARR/2012/HRV), which indicates that total greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of this country decreased by 9,4% between 1990 and 2010.
4 April 2013: The Co-Chairs of the Ad Hoc Working Group on the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action (ADP), Jayant Moreshver Mauskar (India) and Harald Dovland (Norway), released an information note for the second ADP session to be held in Bonn, Germany, from 29 April-3 May 2013. The note aims to assist delegates in preparing for the session and includes suggested goals, ideas and proposals for organizing the work.
4 April 2013: The UNFCCC published the progress report of the Eighth Meeting of the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (CGE), which took place in Bonn, Germany, from 25-26 February 2013. The report summarizes the meeting's outcome and includes the CGE's work programme for 2013.
18 March 2013: The UNFCCC Secretariat released the "Report of the individual review of the inventory submission of Turkey submitted in 2012," which was conducted by an Expert Review Team (ERT). The report states that Turkey's total greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions decreased by 114.9% between 1990 and 2010.
2 April 2013: The UNFCCC Secretariat has published a miscellaneous document containing the submissions of parties and admitted observer organizations and one intergovernmental organization on the revision of the Joint Implementation (JI) guidelines (FCCC/SBI/2013/MISC.3).
28 March 2013: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released a report to support the Subsidiary Body for Implementation's (SBI) annual monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the framework for capacity-building in developing countries.
30 March 2013: An expert meeting on technology roadmaps (TRMs) of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Technology Executive Committee (TEC) took place on 25 March 2013, in Bonn, Germany, immediately preceding the fifth meeting of the TEC, which was held on 26-27 March 2013, at the same venue.
27 March 2013: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released the budget programme for the biennium 2014-15 for consideration by the 38th session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI 38) to be held in June 2013. The document (FCCC/SBI/2013/6) presents the human and financial resources to implement the UNFCCC Secretariat's work programme, including the details on the approach to frame the budget proposal.
26 March 2013: The Pacific Energy Summit in Auckland, New Zealand, which brought together Pacific Island leaders, international investment and development banks, aid donor countries and private sector representatives, resulted in funding commitments of US$635 million to support renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in Pacific Island countries.
25 March 2013: The UNFCCC Secretariat has reported that Afghanistan is the 192th country or regional economic integration organization to deposit its instrument of ratification or accession to the Kyoto Protocol.
