World Bank Launches Access and Emissions-Focused Energy Investment Strategy [viewed]

Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique and the Comoros requested UN-HABITAT and UNISDR to facilitate the process to establish the Centre, which aims to reduce vulnerability and build community resilience in the four countries.
