26 June 2009: The Global Environment Facility (GEF) Council met from 22-24 June 2009, in Washington DC, US, and concluded with the adoption of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Conference of the Parties acting as the Meeting of the Parties (COP/MOP) to the Kyoto Protocol to provide secretariat services to the Adaptation Fund Board.
