EC Proposes One-Year Deferral of EU ETS International Aviation Compliance [viewed]

20 November 2012: The European Commission (EC) presented a legislative proposal to “stop the clock” on monitoring and reporting of aviation emissions for flights into and out of Europe, by deferring for one year the requirements under the EU Emissions Trading System (ETS) for airlines to surrender these emission allowances.
