Nkem and titled "Using Small-Scale Adaptation Actions to Address the Food Crisis in the Horn of Africa: Going Beyond Food Aid and Cash Transfers," showcases lessons learned from the Climate Change Adaptation and Development Programme (CC DARE), which was jointly implemented by the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) and the UN Development Programme (UNDP).
