Event: First meeting of the Group of Experts on Global Energy Efficiency of the Global Energy Efficiency 21 Project [viewed]

This meeting has been rescheduled.

The first meeting of the Group of Experts of the Global Energy Efficiency 21 Project (GEE21), created at COP 14 in Poznań, Poland, by the UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) to facilitate cooperation and exchange between regional UN commissions on energy efficiency for climate change mitigation, will: discuss recent developments in the GEE21 Project, especially the newly published document “Financing Global Climate Change Mitigation: Sources of Financing Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Investments;” hear presentations on sustainable energy programmes and projects; and discuss the 2010-11 programme of work.
